i was not fun of waare but he showed wisdom for not running again, being neutral between the candidates, backing Hirshabelle interior minister for vice presidency "bc he respects the gentleman's agreement-based power sharing.

the other great thing he did was handing over the money for fataahada to gudiga fatahaada and not the hiiraan admin or hirshabelle. in Hiiraan we have accountability i think its the only region that the money is not managed by the admin. as a man who worked in Samafalka he brought all the NGOs to the region but the most important is the Italian 6m flood grants. now we r using the $1.5m for constructing dams and levees and other flood control structures abd we have succeeded. i will show you in my next post.
