fyi, if we update it to the latest version, I'll have to re-do many modifications we did over the years. For instance, the index page was never part of the forum software. Theirs is not that organized.

That could mean losing part or the entire database (users, threads, posts, etc). Over the years, the site has been maintained with poor & erratic coding, hence the many errors one encounters. It's no wonder there are only about 10 or less active users.
