How Long Will the TFG Last ?

Post by AbdiWahab252 »

Under the current conditions and poor leadership, I doubt the TFG will last more than the end of this year in Xamar. They are alienating the antiUIC elements day by day.

There is a time coming which will be the breaking point in which the residents of Xamar will get every adoon, Tigrey and Puntlander, Interhamwe Style (Panga, Faas).

The missing ingredient may soon be added. Once it is, the Interhawme Militia will move on these foreign focks.

The Hutu Nation Will Unite under the seef of revenge that will be swung from Xamar to Bosaso.

I'd be worried about how Habar Yonis are taming the Ciidagaales. Dude, have some respect & send some $$$ to help out.

LAFO:

Saxiib, you need to get involved otherwise your Eastern regions will always be under threat and don't repeat the mistakes of Cigaal who allowed the threat to grow & gain strength until they broke away.

Tigrey, Addoon, PUntland are armed to the teeth. This is not a plan, A/W. It is a suicide mission.

All that did not help Siyaad in 1991. Many said it was suicide but the USC took on that mission.

I remember how 1 AK was shared among 6 men in the USC. When one would fall, the other would pick it up and continue.

But in the end, those that are willing to bleed the most will win. The land is hostile to Puntland, Tigrey and Adoon. The Hawiye will always get endless supplies of men, money and weapons.

The only concern that the Puntlanders should have is what to do when the marching Hutu nation knocks on their doors.

That is why Xamar was liberated before Hargeisa, Burco, and other Wuuqoyi towns which were freed by the USC who told the SNA units to disband and head home.

A/W

They say that generals always fight their last battle all over again. And come up a cropper because of changed circumstances.

Siyaad Barre was an 80 year old leaders fatigued by 21 years of leadership burdens and cares. And severely mentally incapacitated by his head injuries.

His sources of Economic and Military support had dried up thanx to the end of the cold war.

CY and Geeddi are still thirsting for power and control and the whole world is ready to support them out of fear that Somalia will become the next Afghanistan.

Totally different scenarios. I very much doubt you will get Puntlanders to sell their weapons to you as the Mareexaan officers were doing prior to the build up for the 91 fall of Siyaad.

Nor can you expect a replay of the massive Mareexaan retreat of 91. 5000 men armed will all kinds of weaponry made a beeline for Gedo.

The Tigre, Addoon and Puntlanders are doing the stalking today.

I see a lot of scenarios. None of them include the TFG and CY heading gently into that good night.

Cilmiile:

The TFG is not big enough for CY and Gheedi. Its just a matter of time before Gheedi is shown the door & Gheedi will do what it takes to delay that day.

Now, the Puntland factor into the mix. Eventually, there is a growing tide against the TFG among the Hawiye natives who traditionally have never been very hostile to government. A few more massacres by shelling and the HAwiye will turn fully against the TFG. The magical formula of Darood Domination will reawaken the Hawiye collective thought. For far too long, the Hawiye forgot this even weeks after Siyaad was deposed. The fire is kindled and all it needs are several good sparks to get it going.

How else did u think the USC was able to pentrate into Banadir & Shabeele region ? indiscriminate massacres by Siyaad help bolster the USC in the area, Without those killings, I doubt that the USC would have operated into Banadir without Hawiye informants giving them up.

The only question is where and how will the fleeing Puntlanders leave as they will trek through 900 miles of hostile Hawiyedom.
