Moqadishu must maintain a strict protocal not to acknowledge any adminsteration other then the TFG. 20 year strangle choke on all other admins has sustained the funds following into the south. When that changes perhabs the TFg will be more motivated to have better relations with other admins.

Sheik Sharif is content with Koonfur and it is not him that is forcing the republic together. He will visit when the republic is made into 3 seperate states. Untill then he is happy with 1sq mile of koonfur
