For me, It depends on the reason for the murder. Was he a gangster/criminal or was it self-defense/protecting someone when you knew the law wouldn't be sufficient? If he has a young family, I'd warn him that I knew what's up, but I wouldn't seperate children from a parent.

The individual was 18 yrs old when he/she committed the heinous crime...my math is just adding up...could it be you?

She gave birth in the family house without the knowledge of her single mother parent .,threw the baby at the big apartment trash pin outside...she then got sick and went to the hospital saying I got cramps..doctor looked at her thing and concluded that the place was obliterated as if a massive an RPG went through it...police came and she confessed ..was bailed out by tribesmen and was quickly spirited out of the country with her twin-like sister's passport ...now she a grown woman with at least 4 kids..was born here but now is married to a local guy in the secession-obsessed region of Somalia
