I know that but why? All of the other continents have bad governments but African leaders take the cake. What's psychologically wrong with them?

Brother you haven't get it. You might want to ask yourself how these so called leaders of Africa assumed power in their respective countries.

Most of them were colonels, captains, of ad hoc rebel groups backed by the west and its allies, so they could plunge our continent in deep crisis. The new leader upon overthrowing a peaceful and democratic government, looks to the west for help and more debts. The west, in return, demands its pound for flesh.

Always look for the causes of any crisis.
