There is no such thing as a "Cayn" or "Karkar" or Maroodi Jex" or "Saraar" or "Haylan" regions, BUT...you'll know it's all FAKE, when the people who are against each other are ALL agreeing that it exists (one time) and then will deny it (afterwards).

I was reading this article about Somaliland, written by a Somalilander (He was a Habr Jeclo). He mentioned "Cayn" are a region part of Somaliland, which is officially recognized as CAYN region. Then, I looked at the SSC guys, and they're claiming it to be a region that exists, as well.

I thought Cayn was part of Togdheer.

They do but they call it a different name, in Somaliland Cayn is called "Buhod".

Are these regions or Tuullooyin, I mean Magaallooyin? I have never heard of a region called Cayn or Saraar or Karkaar or things of that sort.
