I hope all the regions across the drought afflicted zones put in place an action plan to prevent future droughts. Create more Water wells and capture more rain, put in place a drought prevention programe to better manage available water and monitor water usage.

sad indeed..your right they should manage rain water that run through streams which joins the ocean and after a few months there again the drought returns with more severe consequences and this is the impact of it...i hope they do something about it.
