Dude just enjoy the documentary and give thumbs up to the guy.

Notice how the local people keep bringing up the good old days when
the kacaan government was there.

Yes, I've watched it. The existence of street lights and paved roads was compared to the reign of Siyad Barre. The people are literally in the dark without him.
