Having studied history, I came to the conclusion that, the competition between dynasties for the patron ship for the art and science and their struggle for supremacy in the theatre of war makes a region trans formative and it energizes a civilization

just look at the Chinese warring states period, and the political states of the medieval Europe, that gave us the renaissance and the small warring greek city states that gave us ancient greek civilization
the gulf states are own , Hohenzollern. the Medici and Tang dynasty
