Try Ju-Jitsu if you like being thrown around like a rag doll

I recommend Muay Thai or Silat. Let the video's do the talking..

Silat "kill or be killed" 8-)

Don't watch the acting, watch the technique.

Yes SILAT! If you can find a school near you that is. I would also recommend Mu Thai.

krav maga id go for. this martial was basically put together by the isreali defence forces. its a mixture of all martial arts. basically what it aims for is for you to knock someone out or neutralize an enemy as quick as possible. it only teaches dangerous moves no mocking around. i might start one if i move from the area i live in currently.

By the end of 2013, I shall take at least 1 kick boxing class inshaAllah! It's been long overdue.

Brazilian Juijitsu. After one lesson it felt like I was gang- raped. Good for conditioning like muay Thai. I can't find any real good classes in the UK, but you live in the states, the home UFC.

What type of martial art are you interested in. There are three types of MA; striking, trapping and :eat: grappling. For striking muay Thai or boxing is best. For trapping Wing chun or Chow gar. For grappling BJJ, Judo, wrestling.
