no plans just some vision that says "not a forced union" but there's a pressure from the west mostly the uk and wants this to be part of the vision2016 so they are not only pressuring regarding federalism and puntland but the whole country.

There are now many super world powers who are back to somalia, gulf arabs are too involving in somalia so the turkish role may get reduced in the future bc at the moment she's kinda creditor and the govt is indebted to her and can't say no if turkish companies try to make oil deals with some region. The talks are economically motivated and have a deep connection with this turkish strategy.

Its genel who made the oil deals with kurdistan without the permission of baghdad but turkey thinks she can reach this in somalia through talks between the cenral govt and somaliland

Tell us more about Ogaden and Majeerteen where do they stand in the future ,, we know Ogaden did not trust majeerten in the past because Majeerteen handed over Ogaden to to Xabashida this caused allot of friction how ever the Puntland Jubbaland relations is making things better.
