1. Elections need to take place.
2. Only 1 legitimate framework for doing so; September Agreement.
3. The framework has 7 relevant authorities ("Signatories")
   • 5 have implemented the September Agreement when they declared readiness for Election in January.
     
     
4. Two out of 7 refused.
   • They refused on these conditions.
     
     
5. The 7 Signatories signed The Baidoa Technical Points which closed all outstanding impediments to the September Agreement.
   
   • Why Mr Deni and Mr Madoobe continue to refuse to join the 5/7 Signatories who announced their readiness for elections back on January is not a mystery.
6. Elections are being spoiled and sabotaged for nefarious reasons, principally opposed to the good governance models that saw Somalia pass 3 IMF stress tests to begin Debt Relief.
