Launching Music Careers
Asalamu Alaykum
Regarding what I read in aprevious topic.
C'mon now why stand the streets promotin your music career when:
#1 Music is haraam
#2 Your adding sins for everyone person who listens to your stuff and helps promote it.
#3 C'mon now your not going to be signed up to a major record Label...
When it comes to da'wah
Funny how you don't see youth roaming the streets with islamic iterature to give out, promoting talks happening in local area, letting others know why you act and dress a certain way.
We in he era when all bad has become popluar 'music, dancing, shisha, mixed weddings'.
But what is good is seen as not popular 'nasheeds, segregated weddings, da'wah' etc.
I don't know about you people but I rep being a Muslim fully, im blessed and let people know. So when I see others staring at me blacked out I smile and wonder why the hell they look as if the their garments been painted on them!
Are you a proud Muslim(ah)?

There's not 'easy' when it comes to doing haraam and halaal.
Walaal tell me, if your younger sister was sneaking of getting close with a man 5years older than her, would you be 'easy' on her and tell her to think about what she's doing? Or is it haraam full stop?

It's obvious my topic was regarding those who are not practicing. Also sister I have to tell you that you shouldn't just claim all those with the right Islamic etiquette are practicing or as you said 'proper' and you can't just forget about those who do not necessarily cover up or grow a beard as being not 'proper' Muslim(ah)s.
MashAllah, may Allah subhana wa ta'ala reward them greatly!
