If you want a good website like Hiiraan.com --you have to pay some money

but if you just want a free website ---check Angel-fire, geocities or even Myspace -will do it.

Is your website gonna be advertising ( cus it's better if you pay for it)

if so, I wouldnt reccomend any of the free websites hosts cus they're cheap and you are limited in what you can do.

First thing first, you need to buy a domain. I bought mine from goDaddy, I pay like $7 a year. Second thing you need is a hosting plan. You can buy from godaddy but there are a lot of other hosting companies that offer cheaper plans. With some companies, they give you the option to decide whether you want your website hosted on a Linux machine, windows etc. Hosting is monthly but you can for a year of hosting in advance and save some money. With the hosting plans, there is basic, economic and the premium, with basic being the cheapest since it has the least amount of hosting space. I would not advise you to try to design your website if you have no programming, web design experience. Hire either a company to design for you or just find a freelance web designer and pay him to build it for you. It will cost you some money to make sure you know what you want and that the person you hire knows what you want.
