Denmark? I think you meant Norway regarding the MOU with Kenya. But the Somali parliament has rejected that already

It never was free, just like most (or all) Muslim countries. Each of those countries could be invaded, occupied and colonized from time it gained its fake independence to the present time.

Also, he/she must have physically lived in Somalia at least 2/3 of his/her life.
