numbers was MP Yuusuf Liiban Cumar Cali the uncle of the Libaan hotel owner. I guess tactical voting pays off and voting for two
parties in local elections, never put all your eggs in one basket in local parliamentary elections. That is why I advise my folks to
play it like back in 2005, our votes should be spread between WADANI and UCID during the local elections and it should be all
WADANI in the general elections. Funny thing is MP Yuusuf Liibaan Cumar and MP Saleeban Cawad Cali Bukhaari are the only
two guys chosen from Ceel Afweyn district that now represent the district in the parliament.
