20 years being an afewerqi proxy then suddenly told to move back to jigjiga with no assurances no army no referendum nothing . It's called being used by the tigre dictator of asmara. But as a darood you can translate this as a victory ofcourse
Re: ONLF leaders arrive in Jigjiga, hold a rally in Jigjiga stadium

Zidane do you think Ethiopia will ever allow a free and fair referrendum on successionism?
Secondly as thwy say where there is smoke there is fire.
The brutal displacement of Somalis in Oromia, border regions and inside the Kilil what lessons are we supposed to take? Should we bury our heads in the sand?
Ethiopia will never honor its pledges and agreements just like our fore fathers said. From Menelik to Haile sesaise to Mengistu the baria to Meles.same shit different assholes.
Abye is buying time to consolidate power. He needs to deal with OLF,TPLF and any other threat. So he left ONLF and the new Admin to play dhaanto iin the mean time.
So chanting somaliyeye tosoo and waving the somalia flag in venues will never unify somalis.
We are going back to the drawing boards of 1991.Doing the samething over and over again will not bring a different result.
What the Kilil and ONLF need is to organise themselves for every outcome. Then plan for it accordingly. Its a transition period freedom not yet.ONLF are celebrating like as if it was 1977 MSB captured Jigjiga.
I would advise ONLF to strike off Successionsm from their agenda .They should seek more autonomy and ask more powers transferred from the federal states. They should make peace treaties with SL,PL and Hawiye and Dir tribes .Also huub uruursi should go on and traiining the youths.ONLF should engage with other Ethiopians like OLF, Amharas and Even the villian TPLF.because in politics there is no permanent friends or enemies.

Re: ONLF leaders arrive in Jigjiga, hold a rally in Jigjiga stadium
Django. The most important thing now is unity. ONLF declared openly that they would never abandon their goal of self-determination. Now, you have a regional admin (consist all of Somalis) in bed with ONLF and their ultimate goal is self-determination. There's no doubt that the Ethiopian government will try to undermine the cause, and create rift between us, but if we're united that would be hard for them to execute.
