USA Elections: How many States Had Voted For De-criminalising and/or Legalising Khat & other Drugs?

It is been reported that Oregon have voted to legalise all drugs and many other States have legalised and/or De-criminalised Marijuana and other drugs.

Rumour has it that Maryoolay are rushing to moving to Oregon to open up mafrash establishments.

Apart from Oregon are there any other States or Cities in the US that are going to legalise Khat?

And what affects do you think this legalisation of drugs/khat would have on the recreational activities and in general on the Somali people and their communities in the The US?

Also what are your thoughts on the "war on drugs"!
