BUT it was INSTITUTIONAL MATURITY for the President to take every legal decision to Parliament to receive a mandate FROM THE PEOPLE and it is INSTITUIOÑ MAJORITY for Sh Sharif to recognize the superiority of the Parliament in OFFICIATING what is a legal mandate

Wallahi waa increasing political maturity that actually bodea well for the sysrem of shared responsibility and checks and balance
