As for the "president" speaking. I am familiar with the dialects/accents of the western
clans/regions of SL. Nobody f-king says "fursadatan", "Halkakan", and other adding kan/tan to the end
of each word If i had to hazard a guess I'd say something far eastern maybe central.
What is he meant to be Ciise? No Ciise speaks like that
